This privacy policy covers the CreatorBrain platform and all related products and services. By accessing CreatorBrain, you acknowledge and accept the conditions of this privacy policy. We do not actively collect sensitive information (health, racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, criminal history). Personal information is not shared except when legally required, for product development, or rights protection. Personal information is not stored unless necessary for service operation and delivery. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed. Users have controls over public visibility, search engine indexing, privacy, and permanent deletion. Email communications include explicit opt-out options and unsubscribe links.

CreatorBrain processes conversation data (text messages, voice call transcripts, uploaded files) to generate AI responses. This data may be sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. Creators can view conversations that users have with their AI clone for the purpose of improving their clone's responses. Conversation history can be deleted by you at any time from the chat interface. Creators and platform administrators may retain conversation data for service improvement purposes.

Behavior statistics may be collected and displayed publicly, but personally-identifying information remains protected as described.

Cookies are small text files stored on hard drives by browsers. CreatorBrain uses cookies for browsing data, preferences, profile information, and general usage statistics. Cookies don't collect personal or confidential information and are not spyware. Browsers can refuse or remove cookies, though certain platform features may not function properly without them. Cookies store visitor identification, usage tracking, and access preference information. Visitors can refuse cookies before using the platform, with potential feature limitations.

Newsletter and marketing email recipients may stop at any time through unsubscribe instructions in emails, communication preference updates via the email service provider, or contacting via the Support page.

Providing testimonials grants consent for name and service use display on CreatorBrain or marketing materials alongside testimonial content.

The Company may cancel or terminate platform access rights anytime without notice at its discretion. Canceled or terminated users lose access authorization. Material download restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive termination.

CreatorBrain is not intended for users under 13. Personal information from children will not knowingly be collected. Accidental receipt triggers reasonable deletion efforts. If you suspect child information was received, immediately submit details through the Support page.
